Terrible terrible management. The man is extremely rude and lacks any iota of customer service. The woman is okay if you catch her on the right day or when shes not having to boss around the man. They are the only two there so if you get any problems whatsoever you can kiss your temper goodbye. Oh and they love to throw on random hidden fees. Annual cleaning fee? Uhh yeah sure... Enjoy my $35 you thieves!

1/5. Worst customer service ever. PLEASE hire someone else and I might come back. For now, Crystal Lake storage has my business. Plus $200+ for a 10x20? Pfft. Other places will quote you $150 or less. The place itself is clean and the units are nice but the management needs replacing asap

Really offensive and managers had a bad temper. Was yelled at for asking questions while filling out an application... not to mention very expensive.

The new management needs replacing. Prices are higher than anywhere in town. Units are meh.

The units are decent. The management team sucks something terrible. The man is very rude. They don't grasp the concept of what "in a timely manner" means. They will lie to you over the phone about when your unit will be unlocked should you be one day late with your payment. And if you request oh so nicely for it to be done shortly after the payment goes through, they will make you wait. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone just because of the people.
