Our Crossfit Community is one of encouragement , friendly competition and support. We are all equals and Egos are left at the door. Our environment allows members to test themselves, Physically & Mentally and push to a new level of Health & Wellness. Every time you enter our gym you will be coached. We are passionate about helping our members achieve their goals and committed to continually developing ourselves as Coaches.

Love this place. Always friendly atmosphere and top notch coaching. Regardless of how experienced other members are there are no feelings of cliques and it seems that everyone is willing encourage from the newest members to the most experienced. Tyler and Kim are amazing coaches and can bring the best out of anyone. Gained some good friends along the way and look forward to going every day I can.
The location is GREAT in that you don't feel like you are running in traffic or busy parking lots and you aren't interfering with other businesses.

My experience with Blue Dog Crossfit has been life changing. Coming in as someone who had never done Crossfit I was terrified to make that first step. Now a year later I'm training hard, and learning so much. They have built a close knit community of people that are encouraging and positive. The training is top notch. This facility is extremely family oriented. Come check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Outstanding coaching, wonderful facility and the best place in Medford to train.  While I don't live in the area, I always stop by when I am in town.

Love Crossfit BlueDog! Intense workouts, excellent coaching and encouraging members. The coaches take the time to help you learn the movements, the workouts leave you tired but always coming back for more and the members are friendly and uplifting. So wonderful to belong to a gym that has such great camaraderie and is so family friendly.

I was at a point in my life where I was going through dramatic changes and BlueDog helped me get back to me. My self confidence has dramatically increased, I have gained many new friends, and I am getting stonger and faster every day. Coaches Tyler and Kim are encouraging and supportive. It's my home away from home!
