The pool where I exercise is always a pleasant temperature! Great place for aquatic exercise! Also private swimming lessons are available.

I have been a member for a long time. I like that is for seniors and that the pool is warmer than any gym in town.   The staff is friendly and they do aim to the senior population.  
What I don't like is that if things are broken it takes a long time to get it fixed.  And I don't like that there are not many exercise classes, and the time it's open is shorter than any gym in town.

I have had a very enjoyable experience at Avamere Health and Fitness.  I have been in the Arthritis ;water exercise class for several months now and in other classes previous to that.  My physical well being has greatly improved.  I highly recommend joining this health club.  Everyone is very helpful and nice to work with.
