CrossFit Casco Bay is Maine's longest standing CrossFit facility. Established in 2009, CFCB has been able to foster a one of a kind community that enables members to reach goals they never imagined to be possible.

By incorporating CrossFit methodology CFCB strives to develop a higher quality of life for all of its members.

Our workout programming delivers a fitness that is design to be broad, general, and inclusive. This increase in all fitness domains, allows for higher quality of function in everyday life.

Got my start in CrossFit here recently, and I'm now going daily. The owners (who lead the classes) and members make the very challenging workouts very fun. I'm so happy with the progress I've made in a just a couple months. This is a great place to build motivation, skill, and fitness.

I've been a gym rat for over 2 decades and had been plateauing for two years too long when I decided to check out this thing called CrossFit. After researching all the boxes in Portland, CFCB stood out immediately above all the rest. They are professionals in every meaning of the word. From the initial phone call inquiry, to actually joining and learning all the movements....they take care of you every step of the way. In addition to the excellency of the owners, all the coaches and the other athletes make CFCB special. "Community" is really important there and never have I ever felt so at home at a gym. Athletes and coaches alike all have made me feel so welcome. If you don't feel like you fit in at any gym, come here, you'll fit in.

Crossfit Casco bay is the best Crossfit hands down. I joined after going to a standard gym and working out alone which was not working for me. The Crossfit Casco bay coaches helped me work on my form and taught me how to work out correctly all while having fun! You won't regret joining or dropping in.

Amazing, Great box with friendly & easygoing group of people and awe-inspiring & challenging coaches!!! After moving from NC to Maine I was kind of hovering on which box to join but after reading reviews & couple of drop-ins on regular weekday as well as on Saturday morning class, I decided to join Crossfit Casco Bay(CFCB) and since then never looked back or regretted my decision. Its been great almost an year here in Maine and joining CFCB, I enjoy each and every WOD and it makes me feel better before/after a hectic & busy day at work! Being new to city all the workout sessions in CFCB are quite enjoyable and challenging to oneself, I highly recommend this box to new & experienced athletes who is looking for a good & challenging WOD!!!

I have had a great experience as a new athlete at CFCB and would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to get fit and have fun doing it. The workouts are exciting and always keep you guessing. I had never done crossfit before, and very minimal weight lifting, but the Foundations Sessions (3 hour-long 1:1 with a coach) bring you up to speed with the WOD movements and terminology. My favorite part about this gym is that the coaches are there every day to instruct you and help you scale appropriately so you can challenge yourself without getting hurt. I was always intimidated by crossfit and didn't think I was strong enough. But, everyone has to start somewhere and the supportive community at CFCB will keep you coming back for more!
