This studio brings so much joy to my children and myself. Just being in the space, with the morning sun streaming in on the wooden floor and carefully curated toys and books, is a delight. And Cayce is a gem in the community. My children are attentive in class and eager to show the skills she teaches them. That's all because of her gentle guidance and ability to relate and connect with young children.

Maine Yoga Kids is such a great way to introduce aspects of yoga to your children- body awareness, deep breathing, confidence learning poses, and forming community with other kids and families. Cayce is an incredible teacher and inspires playfulness and joy. She makes our community a better place by sharing yoga in such a delightful way!

The studio is PERFECTLY suited for kiddos attention span and the classes are incredibly well thought out (and then easily shifted by the amazing instructors when the kids required something entirely different than planned!). We LOVED how Cayce held the space for all the kids to take their own journey. We laughed and played and yoga'd our way to a sweet snack to end our session! A++++++++

My daughter has been taking pre school yoga with Maine Yoga Kids for going on three years now, and she absolutely loves it! The wonderful blend of fun, creativity and mindfulness has been a wonderful experience for her. We feel very greatful to be a part of the MYK community!

Cayce Lannon, of Maine Yoga Kids, is a wonderful instructor. My son, now 5, has been taking classes from Cayce since he was 2 years old! I appreciate the flexibility and focus that Cayce has fostered and the kindness she embodies and encourages in her practice. Plus, she's lots of fun!
