CFDR provides me a great workout with knowledgeable and supportive coaches and members! The variety of workouts and class times available are plentiful. I am very happy I found CFDR to help me get and stay healthy and strong for LIFE.  I provided my payment information to the staff. The information is shredded after the data is entered. The people have to get paid!!!

The owner is about making you sign a contract and give your credit card info.  I offered to pay cash upfront, they took my money and then told me after the fact that I couldn't do that when I showed up to work out..  They never refunded my money.  Shady business practice.

I love everything about crossfit Downriver!!  From the coaches and athletes to the WOD's.  Crossfit Downriver has become a part of my family.  Before CrossFit, I worked out to home videos.  Those videos became boring & redundant.  CrossFit combines natural movements with weight lifting and a variation of workouts daily.  I especially love the group setting which is very encouraging and motivating.  With CrossFit, I have become stronger, healthier and happier!!

I travel a lot for my business and drop in the many boxes - none of them compare to CFDR. I consider CFDR family. I've felt like I've been apart of this family since day one. I've attended every class from 6am to 6:30pm and interacted with all the coaches. Their concern for our safety and attention to detail is awesome. I constantly invite everyone I know to join me at CFDR. Please drop in and check it out. I dropped in 3 years ago on a whim and haven't left!!

Crossfit Downriver is an awesome place to discover your fitness, have a great workout and meet people who will instantly become lifetime friends. My wife, son and I have been members for two years and my 11 year old son who joins us for every workout is treated like family and has been since day one. This is the number one reason why we chose this amazing facility. The Coaches are first class athletes that treat everyone with dignity and respect. The programming is ever changing but at the same time there is a plan behind it that will surely help you achieve all your goals. The pricing is very competitive and the value you receive for each dollar is second to none. The facility is clean and orderly, the bathrooms are kept clean, the equipment is kept up and replaced often, new courses and classes are added frequently. During my experience at Crossfit Downriver I have seen the scale weight go down and the bar weight go up. I have improved all areas of fitness: Strength, Flexibility, Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Cardiovascular and Running (yuck). 

I highly recommend Crossfit Downriver, you will not be disappointed.
