Could be a great location aside from the rude and inconsiderate staff, and an obviously oversold gym. Had a staff member screaming at me because he had forgot to communicate with another staff member, contemplated pressing charges.

Regardless even if the staff was tolerable the gym is packed 100% of the time and if you don't feel like waiting 10-20 minutes for each new machine you need to use I would go elsewhere.

I know not everyone rates a gym on its cleanliness, but there are days when not 1 bathroom stall seems usable. Some LA Fitness sites that are less busy than this one actually pay people to clean throughout the day. This one doesn't. The young woman at the front desk just comes in with a broom at the end of the day and sweeps away most of the debris. There are also some kind of bugs living in the showers ever since last winter.  
Of the LA Fitness locations I've been to, this one seems busiest and most crowded.  At the busiest times,  expect to wait for machines. I usually don't do machines here. Just 2 classes that I like and sometimes the sauna if I'm in a lot of pain.

When signing up for this place they told me I could play tennis here yet a few days in a manager came and said tennis is prohibited and only racket ball is allowed. 
I told him the name of the manager who allowed it to me. He didn't care and offered me to leave if I don't like it. 

Next to that, equipment is often of the older kind at this location with things being dysfunctional and broken. 

I find that behavior impossible and think if you know of a better place to go then take the manager by his word and go elsewhere. LA Fitness is just too expensive to accept that.

Cleanliness is a big issue at this club.  You don't feel comfortable in the pool and shower areas because it is nasty.  The bathrooms are nasty too.  The manager should do a better job keeping the place up for its members.

When I signed up that was a different rule, and when I came with a gust they explained the rules in details. Staff need more training they need to stay on the same page.
