Solid facility, great coaches and amazing community of people! I walked in with zero crossfit experience and was participating in a comp after 2 months. I have to say I have been impressed with this facility and the people. Started out with a Groupon trial and now a member. Its more than a work out its a way of life. If you want to join a community of people and not just go to the gym for mindless boring work outs...this is the place for you. Remember everything can be modified to fit your needs. Couch Potatoes are welcome!

Great gym with even better trainers to support it. I've been going to this crossfit gym the last couple years and there is not a better one in Columbus!

Definitely challenging. Good calorie burner- everyone leaved the workouts soaked in sweat. But some excercises are not very fun (ex. wall balls)

Facility is very nice and there is plenty of room. I have no background in Crossfit but consider myself an intermediate lifter when it comes to the basic lifts like deadlift, squat, overhead and bench presses. For my first class I was lumped into a Crossfit 101 class. We received very little instruction on how to perform the major lift of the day (deadlift). The coach spent most of his time socializing with the young women. The guys were relatively ignored. During the course of the WOD I did not notice the coach give me or anyone else instructions, form critiques, or pointers. I saw many other beginners struggle performing or surpassing 100 reptitions with the deadlift with badly rounded backs, and they were allowed to continue (probably oblivious to their form breakdown). This is a nice facility for accomplished lifters who need minimal coaching - because that is what you will get. If you are a young lady who likes attention, you will get plenty of that here also. If you are someone eager to learn in a safe environment, seek out another CrossFit in the area.
