I wanted to increase my strength and add variety to my fitness training so I tried a free Saturday class. I was hooked by the close sense of community and Brian’s knowledgeable coaching. People here want to see you succeed and you will if you can take that first step! 2 years later I have accomplished so many of my personal goals and am doing things I had previously been amazed by. I can't say enough good about SuperFit. I started six months ago just after my second hernia surgery for the year and now I'm doing all of the movements and gaining strength very quickly with no pain. The approach to exercise and mobility here has added a tremendous value to my every day. So thankful for everyone here! If you're debating checking it out, stop debating and just see for yourself asap.

Brian and all of the trainers at Super Fit do an excellent job of encouraging you to push yourself both inside and outside of the gym, while realizing that each individual has their own needs and abilities. With a unique program designed to develop all aspects of physical fitness, there is never a boring day in the gym. Brian has truly created a community that cares about its members in all aspects of life, and has personally helped me to get through one of the most difficult periods of my life. No matter what your fitness level, I encourage you to come check out Super Fit, you won't be disappointed!
