Awesome life changing.  Jackie gives her all to her clients and expects you to give it back. Tough  bootcamp style training  with hot yoga for balance.   Love it.

Body Image Fitness is one of the finest bootcamps in Columbus. Jackie will give you the best workout ever and help you achieve any goal. I never really liked working out till I joined her facility. After stopping its like addition you miss her and 'HAVE" to go back.

I've tried it all - gym memberships, kick boxing classes, weight watchers, etc.  Nothing works better than Jackie's method.  She keeps me accountable with work outs and eating.  I love it and recommend it to anyone!!!!

If you are serious about taking your weight loss to the next level, Body Image Fitness is the program for you. Body Image is not just "another gym". The trainers work with you mentally/physically to keep you on track with your weight loss goals. There's accountability for not only losing weight but losing body fat as well. I am very pleased with the results I have accomplished through the experience of being a member of Body image Fitness!
