I have enjoyed the atmosphere at this gym. It is pretty unique in that regard. If you are new to the sport of crossfit, this is the perfect place to start. The location is very close to USF. I wish I had started sooner doing crossfit while in school.

Absolutely amazing coaches and atmosphere! Safety is their #1 concern, they know exactly how much they can push you. My favorite line when I started was "Are you sure, Coach" but always impressed myself with what I could do! Feels like a family here :)

I just started here 2 weeks ago and the box is awesome. Great coaches and great people. I originally signed up just to prepare for BMT next year but after completing my on-ramp and doing 2 normal sessions I think this is going to be my new lifestyle!

amazing place to not only train but to have fun. everyone cares about each other and pushes each other to become the best they can possibly be. highly recommended and its free your first time ! see you there ;)

Great box with great people who truly wish the best for each other. While working out, everybody cheers each other on and it motivates you to push yourself to limits you did not know existed. The coaches are the best and they make you feel at home. They will accommodate any injury you may have and will do their absolute best to make sure you get the best workout for you. Not only do you workout at Gaspar, you become apart of a very entertaining family that you look forward to sweating your butt off with every day!
