Hi: I joined this gym "Family" two months ago and I love this gym! The inside air is always cool, the energy is always calm and I am excited to get up every morning to come here to work out. I wake up everyday excited to ride my bike here and "Get It Done." The machines are always clean and the atmosphere is safe (for women) and peaceful. There is no "chatter" in this gym...everyone is focused! I've managed to loose 23 pounds coming to this gym 5 to 7 days a week for the past two months. Thank you Tampa Family Fitness. You are allowing me to reach my personal goals.

If you  are serious about getting into shape and want a gym where workout machines are always available and has a family type vibe to it, this is the place for you. Also at a pretty cheap monthly rate, this is the gym for you!
Everyone that works out here is pretty friendly, including the owner's who is there almost everyday cleaning, inspecting machines, and answering questions. They really care about making their members happy.

Excellent Facility! If you have not been to this gym in a while come back and check out the place. Tampa Family Fitness owners and staff are very professional and friendly and are eager to help you achieve your fitness goals in a clean and relax atmosphere. This is not the gym it use  to be the owners are working constantly to make this place the best gym around this area

Not sure about prior ownership, but I️ just joined to workout on my lunch hour and I️ couldn’t be happier.  Very friendly, clean and well kept.  Can’t beat the price either.  Don’t let the  neighborhood fool you- go inside.  Very nice
