We went here while in Grass Valley for work and we absolutely loved it! I have been doing Crossfit for about a year and my coworker was trying it out for the first time and we both had very positive experiences. Taylor, our coach, really knew what she was doing and the workouts were well programmed. Definitely the kind of gym you can go to for the first time and feel completely at home and comfortable. I will definitely go here again next time I'm in the area

I rarely post reviews, but for this gym, I just had to! I have been a member for almost 1 year and I cannot say enough good about it. The workouts are well planned, the coaching is positive and encouraging and the group vibe is very supportive. No matter where you are in your fitness you will fit in. Don't be afraid! Give it a try...you won't regret it!

I started going to Crossfit Gold Rush almost 3 years ago and my family soon followed(all 4 of us). The atmosphere is amazing and I look forward to going every chance I get. All the coaches make you feel welcome and capable of anything. I highly recommend trying it out, you're guaranteed to love it!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Ever since I started going here 3 years ago, I've seen nothing but positive changes in my life. Great community, great coaches, and a great environment.
