Kinfolk is a wonderful sanctuary to practice yoga and dive deep into the self. The studio is serene and welcoming, and all the teachers have been excellent. I love the variety of classes available throughout the week. Thanks Mandy for creating such an incredible place!

Recently for our wedding, Mandy led a yoga class for our close family and friends. Mandy came to the campground where we were staying and led a thoughtful flow and reflection. It left our group feeling amazing with the trees above and the dirt below.

After 5 years in a studio, a big move to GV, and another terrific Kin Folk Yoga class, I began to wonder if one part of this devine change-it-up move was just to move my body in a way. This place feels like a great relief, with all the good work necessary to really appreciate it. :)

Mandy led an incredible private yoga class for my sister and her bridesmaids on her wedding day. She made it personal with the perfect flow of poses and reflections. I would highly recommend her!

I have been coming to Kinfolk for a while now. Every Teacher in this Studio that I have taken classes with have been such inspiration and Self transforming avenues in my life.. Mandy, The Creator of this Nest is another amazing soul in this journey of transformation- Mandys each class is an art form , a poetry of uniting body , movement and mind and soul. Her precise instructions create an open canvas to have a whole new connection with how our bodies align even in the smallest movements and how our breath and heart corresponds to that. She is a great visionary and community gatherer . Her Love and Compassion for what she does for her community is so heartwarming .. I am just in love with Kinfolk !!!
