After 30+ years of chronic back pain I decided to try yoga. Am I glad I found this place! It's been 2 years now and my pain is at least 90% better. I say I'm glad I found this place because I've now been to yoga studios from LA to Atlanta as I travel a lot. I have not been in a studio as inviting, welcoming and with as knowledgeable teachers as Wild Mountain. Amanda and her many teachers are all so precise and helpful with their instruction that I know I'm in good hands regardless of which class I attend. The variety of classes is quite amazing and the schedule is so full that one can attend a class at just about any time of day.

I moved to the area in July & what a find! I love Wild Mountain Yoga in Nevada City! Tons of class options, knowledgeable, compassionate instructors, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. I am pleased to call Wild Mountain Yoga Studio my home. I highly recommend Wild Mountain - try it & I am positive you won't be disappointed. Thank you to all the quality instructors who make Wild Mountain Yoga a wonderful place to be!

The yoga instructors at Wild Mountain are friendly, knowledgeable and insightful. The course descriptions are helpful in choosing the type of class you are seeking. Yoga Hour is my favorite because I can build strength while improving flexibility. Whether you are a local or a visitor check it out.

I LOVE WILD MOUNTAIN YOGA!!!!! Their studios are so lovely and clean, there teachers are so wonderful, friendly and supportive. Thanks to WildMT, yoga will forever be a part of my life. Thank you thank you!

I'm a beginner and the instructors make me feel very comfortable. They encourage me to use the wall as a balance aid and cheer on my progress.

I'm going twice a week, shedding pounds, and getting results.
