The very BEST workout experience ever!
Frank, Nina and the rest of the coaches are excellent, knowledgeable, and most of all pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this gym to anyone. Also, the people there are so very friendly! It is worth a try! I ❤ CFG!

Great place to get a good workout. Staff and athletes very nice and welcoming. Special shout out to Coach Z!  If you need a place to drop in, give them a shot.

High Quality inside and out. I reached out via email late on a Friday and heard from Frank first thing Saturday morning! I came in for Open Gym Sunday (which is open a good  chunk of the day when most CrossFit gyms are rarely open Sundays). I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and Frank is a top notch guy with amazing members and staff. It's a huge space with everything you could ever need for a workout and more. It's a clean place and a very positive atmosphere 👊🏽💪🏽. I will be back when I'm in Wisconsin next!
