I love this DMV. I always go here and never have an issue. I never have to wait long at all. I feel the customer service here is extremely pleasureable.

Awful, I fully intend to call Madison on Monday although I doubt it will do any good. I typically go to the Pewaukee location where I regularly receive stellar service with respect. They are closed on Saturdays so I made the long trip from South Waukesha to license a large construction truck that must be on the job at 7 am Monday. Due to the extended travel tI'm and an unexpected check engine light I arrived inside the dmv at 11:58 am according to my cell phone. I was told in a rude tone by Christy that according to her clock it was after 12 and they were closed and for security reasons she could not allow me in. I ask to speak to a manager and told her it was not after 12 and how I had to be caregular with my car and how far I had come but she simply refused. While renewing online is a possibility with a large truck that makes me nervous. Renewing before it was absolutely necessary was a financial strain and now we will be delayed. I should have left my home at 7 am. To me 12 means 12. I could not have anticipated car trouble. She could have at least been courteous. Pewaukee would have never done that. Our lost revenue should come out of her pay check. Now I will go to Pewaukee on Monday morning and delay our operation. Had I arrived inside the building on or after 12 you would not be reading this. Another lady came in and said the same thing. Why not set the clock ahead an hour and not tell anyone.
