I typically feel like a stronger athlete at most boxes but at this one I just felt average, but I didn't care!! The athletes were incredibly friendly and the owners welcomed me. They've had regional athletes and national games competitors pretty much every year since 2009 from their collection of CrossFit Hardcore boxes. I loved the husband/wife coaching staff and you can see their passion and love for helping others. 

I knew they deserved a 5 star review after attending 3x classes in a row and already beginning to start to feel like a member of their CrossFit family. They don't have a massive facility but the layout is efficient and still can handle classes of around 10-12 effectively.

If you aren't sure about their box they have a 7 day week free trial to allow you test them out compared to other places before you commit. And the membership is good here or any of the other network of CrossFit boxes affiliated with CrossFit Hardcore. Weather you are looking for weight loss, nutrition assistance, personal training, or anything else to guide you to health and fitness this gym is the place to go!! Highly recommend!!

The great workout is when you still sweat an hour later and this is what happens at this box! My boyfriend and I just started this week and we love it, everyone is so cool and the owner is A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!! I can't wait to go back tomorrow :)

One of the best run CrossFit boxes in South Florida! The staff is extremely friendly but most importantly knowledgable. Overall a very positive pleasant experience working out there. Can't wait to go back!
