Deciding to try Pilates for the first time at Laura's Ultimate PIlates is one of the best things I have ever done for myself.  After only a few weeks I am thrilled to see my new body take shape while gaining strength and flexibility.  Laura is an amazing instructor who has taught me so much in a short period of time. She makes working out fun, fresh and exciting. I am hooked on both private lessons with her and the group classes.

Laura's Ultimate Pilates is by far the best!  I've been doing private instruction since December with Laura and absolutely see the results in my new, toned body. She's so encouraging and very knowledgeable about her passion for Pilates! I'm now starting to do the group classes and absolutely love it.  Thanks Laura, you certainly have me addicted!

Laura's Pilates studio is wonderful. I started with Private Lessons 3 months ago so I could learn the technique and equipment(the reformer) correctly Laura and Maria are very experienced .Afterwards I transitioned to group classes taught by experienced Pilates instructors and this is where my Full Transformation truly happenned.
In just a few short months I lost 10 lb of weight but toned in places I never thought possible . I went down a blouse size and jean size and my bras fit better than ever. Laura is upbeat and positive and provides you the best workout possible while working on posture and breathing techniques.
