After visiting six gyms, I settled on CRUNCH. This is about a 15 minute drive from my house, but that is okay. Their weights and machines are very close to what I was used to from LA Fitness (I worked for them for 4 years). The best part is, this gym is not a social club, it is a gym. Everybody has been super friendly and staff is very helpful.

The only reason I can't issue a five star review, mirrors are only on one side of the wall - so when I start to get tired I can't watch my form as closely as I'd like to - but it comes with practice :)

FYI ... make sure when you cancel your account, you get your confirmation email. Also, make sure you request to see their computer screen when  your signing on the electronic pad. I went to cancel my account and the manager "Richard" downgraded it instead. If I was not one of those person who check my bank account, I would be probably still paying for this membership. I tried to reach out to Richard multiple times and although the rest of the staff members are incredible, Richard never call me back or made any attempt to contact me. On the other hand, I love their Zumba class, their staff members and how clean the gym is.

Worst gym experience ever!!! Wanted to cancel my membership as I hadn't been there in almost a year. Went in and they talked me into freezing my account only to find out I was still charged for the month and no record of me coming to freeze. Spoke to corp and was told this was the worst location as they are franchised and don't follow corp policy. Staff is less than helpful seems like they reading a script. Will never go back here and will tell everyone in my groups to beware

The gym itself is well kept for the most part. I signed up and due to an unforeseen schedule, I could no longer attend, and call to cancel, but was told the only way is to come in to cancel. Long story short, if you want to cancel, be wise and do so 10 to 15 days before the billing cycle, otherwise, management will not help you, and you will have to pay for the month that you don't attend plus a annual membership fee if you cancel during the 2nd month billing cycle. Everything is wonderful but the MUSIC. someone need to change the getto music! It's loud, disturbing and absolutely a deal breaker. 

Staff are great, gym is super clean and good quality of ppl. Just the MUSIC, I can hear the rap beat over my headphones. Please help!
