CrossFit Higher Ground has changed my life in so many ways.   Don't let CrossFit intimidate you. This place is for everyone from the new comers who have never lifted a day in their life to athletes with lifetime of training and experience. I strongly encourage anyone and everyone to give this place a try. The coaches and the community here is more welcoming than you could ever imagine.

I found Crossfit Higher Ground on the way to my daughter's school because of a fight. I got off the highway heading to EC and I see this sign on my right hand side. I said, once I pick her up I will come and ask. They had a great promotion going on and I was invited to the Saturday class by Coach Cole. Once I got a class in I already knew I would continue my journey with Crossfit Higher Ground! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Love the work outs and all the lifting! I wasn't too sure about crossfit when I first started but I have come to love it! Each workout is challenging but fun. There are modifications when needed. Higher Ground is not just a place to workout, it is a community full of friendship. The community is very encouraging and fun. I encourage anyone interested to come check it out.

Crossfit Higher Ground is a great community. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the members encourage each other. You will not only get fit here but you'll find another family. "This place will change you, if you let it!"
