I've been a part of the TPCF family since July 2014, and my now 14 year old brother started in June 2014. This place has amazing coaches and members who push each other to their best everyday! No yelling, or drill sargents. They make sure you do everything SAFELY, and won't injure yourself. The love and support is very real here!

Tower Place is a gym where you work out with people who are like family. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. There are no drill sergeant trainers here!! If you've been curious but scared about crossfit then this is the place to go! I promise you that you won't regret it!
