My experience with Moab Fighting Concepts has been nothing short of phenomenal. It's completely transformed my body, increased my self-esteem, and given me the calm reassurance of my ability to defend myself if ever necessary.  The staff is friendly and the workouts have proven results. Best decision I've ever made.

If I could give a negative star I would.  This use to be a wonderful place to workout for a individual or a family.

This is an amazing gym. Very friendly and great coaches. Everybody here is like family and you can't find better training anywhere else.

MFC has a great family atmosphere good for all ages and its the best place if you want to get fit,lose weight or boost your confidence level up!
