Thanks to CrossFit Huntingdon Valley, working out and staying healthy have become daily routines in my life.  Bryan, Jenny, Rose, and all the other trainers are amazing and help tailor the workouts to fit my personal goals.  Katy, one of the owners/trainers, even helped me create a more nutritional meal plan.
I also enjoy the family atmosphere.  Not only are all the members friendly, supportive and motivating, but with dozens of different events like competitions, parties, and tailgates at the ballpark, it really feels like a home away from home.

I love it! It's never easy but it's always worth it. Bryan & his wife are so nice and helpful and Rose is amazing. They are all so knowledgeable. You'll get an amazing workout.

Crossfit Huntingdon Valley offers more than an environment to excell physically,  but creates an atmosphere where you will become a better person.  The trainer's not only pay close attention to your individual needs but the programming is well thought out to address multiple opportunities.  I am glad I found CFHV, and give them my highest recommendation.

I have never seen as much improvement as I have since starting here. Bryan's programming has helped me to really lean out and lift more then I ever thought possible. I can run faster now than in all my years of track and I feel healthier than ever. Also everyone treats you like family here and the members are great

Very inviting environment to workout in. Everyone is so friendly and the coaches are very knowledgeable.
