Never thought CrossFit would be so much fun! The coaches are amazing. Try the community class at 10:00 AM on Saturday. That’s the best. You’d be playing a game and working out at the same time. Is anyone interested in Yoga? Well, there are Yoga classes on Sunday. Just try a class and feel it for your selves.

I have no doubt that CrossFit Hydro as extended my life expectancy.  That is an impressive fact.  It is my opinion that Justin and his crew of instructors are among the best (if not the best) in the industry.  They are educated in health/fitness fields and genuinely care about gym members and people looking to try it out.  They clearly love helping people.  I've been a member for over two years and thank my lucky stars every day that I made a decision to join.

I drop in here with my husband every thanksgiving holiday and every Fourth of July. Everyone is extremely friendly and there are always fun workouts with great coaching. Justin the owner is very friendly and laid back while also being very helpful as a coach.

The hardest exercise here is the one that pulls open the door to Hydro. but one I'm glad i did.    I felt like the whole purpose of Hydro and Justin, the owner, was to make better humans.  every class is led by someone whose focus is to make everyone better no matter my entry level fitness.  Being new to Crossfit, the coaches were made sure i was doing the exercises safely and correctly which i appreciated very much.  The Hydro community is full of awesome  supportive people.  competitive sure, but more competing against themselves.  at  the end of the session, everyone shares a mutual feeling of 'good job' towards their classmates.  I'm glad I gave Hydro and Crossfit a try.  Highly recommend!!
