I love going to this box! You don't feel pressured to do more than you can. The people are very down to earth and friendly. Lyman (the owner and instructor) does a great job of tailoring workouts to one's capability. You can be assured that you won't feel shamed or embarrassed.

CrossFit Immense is fantastic!! The whole atmosphere and all of the members make it so fun and welcoming at any level of fitness. Lyman knows how to teach the fundamentals and importance of proper techniques and knows when and how to modify workouts for each person as an individual. I would recommend Immense to anyone and everyone! If you try it once, you'll be hooked :)

The coaches are amazing and work with you and your ability. They're very attentive and make sure you know what you're doing. Everyone so nice too!

Great place to workout! Very personal. It definitely can be tailored to fit different abilities/levels. They push me to get better.
