My experience at Krav Maga Self Defense & Fitness has been fantastic. The instructors are well trained and friendly too. While they push you to improve they also realize that not everyone is the same age or at the same fitness level. As a male rapidly approaching sixty, that is incredibly important to me. From the first class I was learning moves that could mean the difference between life and death for me or my loved ones, and doing it in a way that was actually enjoyable. I am also already getting to know some new friends along the way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in becoming a better version of themselves inside and out. Hope this helps inspire you to give KMSD&F a try, and who knows? - maybe we'll bump into each other (or trade some kicks and punches) sometime soon.

The instructors here are great people; real and raw, but also very understanding, considerate and overall fun to learn with. This is real Krav Maga and they know what they're doing! :) I attended classes for a few months last year, and I had to stop going for financial reasons (it's not expensive, I was just broke). I can't wait to pick it up again, Krav is so invigorating and these people teach very practical skills, and the drills are designed to acclimate the students to the adrenaline rush of defending oneself. Krav Maga is a journey that begins with an overall desire to learn self-defense, get a great workout, and have some fun too. What's difficult to put into words, is the degree of positive impact Krav has on your entire life. Krav has helped me to overcome some of the darker chapters in my life, while simultaneously starting new ones, getting stronger with every turn of the page. At KMSDF we train hard, with safety in training in mind, while fostering a fun, enjoyable atmosphere at the same time. The instructors are knowledgeable, professional, polite, and dedicated to the quality work they do. In essence, we learn to do bad things to bad people so that we all may walk in peace.

FANTASTIC empowerment for women of all ages. I went in expecting a class of mostly dudes, to be totally honest. But it was pretty much 50:50. And every class has a couple instructors, with pretty much always one female lead. Students of all ages, from burly adult men to 70 lb girls. Classes are all about *practical* self-defense, no bullshit. Real-world scenarios, real-world empowerment. While class sizes are somewhat large, the fact that there are several instructors makes it work really well. I still got plenty of individual attention...much needed for my first time, especially since I was still recovering from a shoulder injury. They were super flexible in helping me make adaptations while my shoulder was healing! I cannot recommend this studio any more highly. Any age, any gender, any weight or body type. This is a safe space, where everyone is respected. At the end of class, I feel strong. It's kind of hard to explain the high. But it is very powerful. If you are thinking about getting into self-defense -- or even just looking for a great workout -- go here!!

Great place with friendly knowledgeable staff. Krav Maga is excellent for a self defense system, and the training is also a dynamic workout. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed!!
