I cannot say enough about Crossfit Lindsay! Ryan and Kristin are outstanding trainers/coaches; they are caring, motivating but most important they are knowledgable. They take the time to ensure their athletes are well trained, progress safely and achieve amazing goals. I am a chiropractor and acupuncture provider; I love working with this team to help athletes get back to their activities in a safe and guided manner. On top of all of this; it is a welcoming gym who caters to everyone from beginners who know nothing about weight lifting to advance high performance athletes who are striving to be at the top of their game.  If you are looking to improve your fitness or start your fitness journey; look no further.

Crossfit Lindsay offers an inspiring, encouraging and communal environment where you can meet your fitness goals and have fun doing so. With outstanding coaches/trainers who are positive and more than happy to share their valuable expertise and insight with you. This is by far my favourite place to lift heavy things above my head.

I was pretty apprehensive at first to try Crossfit but Ryan, Kristin, and newer additions Kansas and Clay, have always been welcoming to new members. I couldn’t do a lot of the movements that make regular appearances but with constant coaching they’ve helped me improve in many area of strength and mobility. I always look forward to going, whether it’s once or five times a week. And the friendships I’ve made at the gym are awesome, everyone is always there to encourage and push each other. Crossfit Lindsay is an amazing place and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a new challenge

Atmosphere of the gym is always welcoming! The owner Ryan is very knowledgeable and accommodates all individuals who want to try crossfit. Working out at crossfit Lindsay is easily the best part of my day :)

Crossfit Lindsay is a great place to workout. It's not your traditional gym;  but more of a community of expertise and encouragement led by owner Ryan and his team of trainers - Kristin, Kansas and Clayton. Four years ago I got off the couch and with the guidance and enthusiasm of the Crossfit Lindsay family I have achieved goals and a transformation far beyond what I imagined possible because Ryan and his team have a genuine interest in the health and physical improvement of all members.  Crossfit is for everybody.
