I was a little hesitant to try crossfit because of all the horror stories I heard of people getting injured. I'm so glad I gave it a try and didn't listen to all the neigh sayers. I tend to be an introvert, so I was a bit nervous and intimidated at first. That feeling immediately melted away the first day. The people and the coaches here are very welcoming no matter what your fitness level is. The coaches do an amazing job of making sure everyone is performing the movements correctly and provide good scaling options to avoid injury. The owners are exsteamly passionate about what they do and are more than qualified as coaches/owners. They are very down to earth and they do a great job of making everyone feel welcomed. I highly suggest giving crossfit and this gym a chance. You won't regret it!

Best damn crossfit box around!! Great people who cheer you on even if they don't know you! It's like a huge family!

Went in last night for a class....will be going back on a regular basis.

They're friendly and welcoming, with site improvements ongoing.  I'm curious to see what the come out with next.  

The class I attended was their once a week, more informal, advanced class where we worked on a fair bit of balance and the more advanced people were able to get a lot done.  I'm still just getting started but made it further along with crow than I had before. 

This is going to prove to be a great addition to the community....they're perfectly positioned to be right along the way to or from work for the Plank & Raeford road commuters.

Absolutely one of the most professional, family friendly boxes I have had the privilege to work out in. Their attention to programming and willingness to let people "discover" their fitness through outstanding coaching, mentoring, and motivation will ensure my future membership for as long as I'm in the state of North Carolina.
