I've never had to work so hard to try to give a business my money. I was recommended this gym by a friend and have been wanting a gym closer to home so I decided to give it a shot. I signed up for a free trial online and sent an email asking about pricing. Never heard back. I decided to drop by after work one day when it said it was staff hours only to find nobody there. I rang the bell for assistance like it says and got none. I waited another couple days and called during staff hours. No answer. So I dropped by again today and big shocker nobody here. I'm sure it's a nice place to workout but how it's ran is a joke. I'll go by another location and sign up if I ever make contact with someone who works there. This place should have online sign up.

This location is 1/3 the size of a big name gym. The trainers use 2-3 pieces of the already limited equipment. And bring your own tools. You'll constantly need to tighten loose bolts on the machines.

This is almost last resort. Good just to pop in and get in a quick work out if you are in a hurry at 4am.

AVOID. Never returns phone calls or even answers phones after multiple attempts. Gave up and decided to go in person during 'staffed' hours only to find NO staff on duty during one of their two tiny time slots when staff SHOULD be present. Another gym goer with an attitude said I would have to schedule an appointment and I could not just walk in to sign up. Do staff even work here?? Gym is rather small and the mostly older machines appeared to be packed together in awkward positions. Really just a mild step up from a hotel gym. GO TO THE CHANDLER LOCATION. Staff are WAY nicer and equipment is much better; lots of new machines. They answer the phone, are actually present during staffed hours (of which they have way more staffed hours) and walk in sign ups are welcome!

Honestly this place is great! I've been a member here in the past and have nothing but great things to say about it. The equipment is always well kept, and the manager is the best.
