Great community atmosphere. Felt right at home. The coaches are very knowledgeable and really helped build my skills. It was a fantastic experience. Looking forward to returning to crossfit Mendota

The BEST experience EVER!!! Treated like family and the coaches are AMAZING!!! I went from a size 12 to a size 6!!! Anybody and Everybody should be checking this place out!!!

Joining CFM was the best decision I made this year. Absolutely amazing members and the coaching staff can't be beat.  Best community around and so much more than just a gym. All ages, abilities, and goals are met with enthusiasm and programming that will get you wherever it is you want to go. Can't say enough how great this place is and how grateful I am to Pat and staff for running such a wonderful box!

One of the best Crossfit facilities in the Twin Cities.  Crossfit Mendota's community is the most positive I've seen in long time.  I felt like family as soon as I did my first class.  Coach Costello is a superb trainer, and his programming is one of a kind.  If your looking for a great first time Crossfit experience, or looking to step your fitness game to next level.  Choose Crossfit Mendota the experience is one of a kind!
