If you're looking for a gym with encouraging, knowledgeable coaches CrossFit No Edge is the place for you!  With a welcoming family atmosphere you can get your high intensity workout on with friendly members!  I've been a member since it opened and have loved every minute!!!  One of my children participates in the Crossfit Kids classes, and has gotten so much faster, stronger, and flexible.  Everyone (coaches and members) push you to reach your personal best and it doesn't matter if you are completing a scaled or Rx workout!!!  CrossFit No Edge is the place for you!!!  Come try it out!  You won't be disappointed!!!

It took A year for me to listen to my buddy Nick about Cross Fit No Edge.  Since June, my bride and I have gone non-stop.  The people and the workouts are amazing.  After 12 years in the Army, I am in better shape than I ever was after just the first two months.  Jesse and Lauren are fantastic coaches and people.  I recommend anyone who will listen to at least visit the beginner class and check it out.

I was very intimidated to try Crossfit but the CFNE family welcomed me with open arms and helped me feel comfortable right away. The coaches and other members are super supportive and friendly. This gym is for everyone, no matter how out of shape or in shape you are. There are members of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities and we all work hard together! Jesse, Lauren, and the other coaches are very approachable and knowledgeable about their jobs. I highly recommend giving this gym a chance - you will love it!

This gym is a true Crossfit family! When you come here, no matter what your level, you can expect no judgements, full support, and welcoming members and coaches! I feel like I get personal training through the programming and modifications made to individualize your workout. This is an awesome place to get in shape!
