Kristi is awesome!  She works with you on all the poses and makes you feel comfortable in her place.  She's upbeat and always fulll of energy and ready to go when class is ready to start. And if your not into yoga her pole class is awesome and up lifting to any female who needs a boost of confidence.  I highly recommend checking her studio out.

My daughter and I were a little late for our very first appointment..being that I've never done yoga before I was embarrassed to walk into a class late so I decided I was just going to wait for my daughter and not participate in the adult class. The owner came out with a welcoming smile and insisted I join them insuring me that it was okay that I arrived late and letting me know it was okay that I've never done yoga before. Regardless of not really knowing what I was getting myself into I dropped my daughter off and joined them for hot yoga. What a great decision it was. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I literally can not wait to go back. My daughter woke up the next morning and asked if she could go to kid yoga. To say the least...we loved it.

Amazing! Kristi is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever known. Her classes help me mentally and physically. She works with each person individually to make sure our form is correct so we don't hurt ourselves. I love her joyful and motivating personality!! I especially like how she incorporates her love for Jesus in her yoga classes. If you haven't tried Dove yoga, it's a must!

From the moment I first met the studio owner Kristi, I felt very welcomed. The studio has a cozy atmosphere that goes perfectly with Kristi's caring and personal touch. Dove Yoga is a peaceful and powerful place to discover greater self-love, self-care and new strength. Love it!!!

The moment I walk into Dove Yoga I begin to feel myself relaxing. The reason I have a monthly membership at Dove Yoga is because of the amazing instructor that Kristi is. I love that she offers multiple classes so that I can challenge myself a little more if my body is up for it that day. Wonderful classes, and a special staff:)
