I love coming to to workout here! I take kickboxing and the adult jujitsu classes. I have lost weight while gaining muscle and condfidence. The instructors and fellow students  are all amazing and I never feel out of place or like I'm out of my league. The gym is clean and they have many classes for children or adults. I've also been participating in a women's only boot camp they are running, and I have learned so much more about my body and proper mechanics for exercising. I would highly recommended this gym for anyone wanting to get stronger or in shape, as well as those who are serious about competing.

Jujitsu is an awesome self defense for women-come check it out. : )

The kickboxing class is awesome! It's a great, fun workout that keeps you motivated and leaves you wanting more. I've lost 30 pounds since starting the class and I'm in the best shape of my life! Wouldn't go anywhere else. The instructor keeps you going and makes you feel like you can do anything! Love it so much!

I have been training here consistently for almost 3 years now and it is great! Sensei Sean not just shows you moves but explains in detail why they work and what is going on,  you aren't just left on your own to figure it out. BJJ is our main program but we also offer Muy Thai training as well as cage fighting. It's really awesome and there is nothing that can replace a good work out to clear your head!

Sensei Sean and his wife greeted us with the utmost hospitality. I felt right at home and I'm from Miami... The school was very nice and super clean, not to mention the kids class was awesome.... So if you're thinking of signing up your kids for any kind of MMA look no further take them to World JiuJitsu Academy...
