Story

Burlington Training Centre offers it's members a traditional and unique approach to fitness! With over 15 Fitness Classes per week, more than 30 Martial Arts Classes per week, Kids Programs, Personal Training, Registered Massage Therapy and more there is something for everyone!

We offer several different Membership Levels to ensure you are never paying for more than you need.

They are friendly up until you have an issue at which point they won't even talk to you. There is never enough parking so you have to park somewhere else and walk to the gym. The locker rooms are filthy. There is never consistency with instructors, you will be training with a different person every month. There are better gyms with better facilities and value. Stay away from this place.

Best Mma gym offering all Mma style classes for kids and adults at all levels.  Classes coincide allowing parents to take children for both parties to get an amazing workout with excellent instructors.

WARNING!!!  Do not trust these people, do not give them your banking info!!!
They renewed my 1 year contract without asking me and kept taking money from my bank account after I quit. Automatic withdrawal is the only payment method they accept, save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!!

Very friendly people at this gym, from admin to coaches to members. Top notch customer service. Very clean facility. So many classes to choose from, incredible variety for both children and adults. Very reasonable membership rates, especially considering all of the training options available. Coaches will challenge you but are not pushy; very respectful of their students/clients. Both co-ed and women's only kickboxing classes available. Definitely would recommend.

On the first day of using my free one week trial, I experienced the Turbo Bag class and was hooked! The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. The gym is family friendly and really clean (I was  pleasantly surprised about that). I look forward to reaching my fitness goals and much much more here!
