When you first walk in, you may be greeted with the sound of weights being lifted. You may hear laughter as people talk about their day. You may hear heavy metal or even country music blasting. But regardless of what is going on, a warm welcome is sure to await you. The owners, Jason and Cheri, are the type of people who genuinely care about their members. It is easy to see that they own this box,not because it is a means of making a living, but because they truly love it and the people that they come into contact with. They are very active in their community and are always willing to help out if they can. Don't feel that you have to be the ultimate athlete to give CrossFit a try. At OTS3, the athletes range from people who need to scale a sit-up, to those who can throw out 5 muscles ups AFTER a workout. Regardless of where you are, the encouragement is the same. The cheering, the fist bumps, the high fives. All accomplishments, big and small, are worthwhile at OTS3. Besides Jason and Cheri, there are a good number of coaches providing encouragement and support. From focusing on proper form to increasing a max lift by 5 lbs, the coaches are there for you. And no need to feel intimidated by a coach who is nothing but muscle! Some of the coaches, for themselves, focus more on strength training for them, while others are looking to improve a certain movement, and yet others are just looking to better their overall health. At CrossFit OTS, the members are more than just members. They are a crossfit family. If you need help moving, there is always someone willing to lend a hand. It isn't uncommon for members to go have breakfast/lunch/dinner after a tough workout. I've been a member for over 2 years now and couldn't be happier with this box. If you are wanting to give CrossFit a try, OTS3 is one of the best places I feel in this area to give it a try. If you are just visiting the area, stop on by and get your workout on!

You're always treated like you aren't an idiot, just learning. And beyond the losing weight and gaining muscle which is always nice, you make friends. I started at this gym around February and have lost close to thirty pounds not to mention muscle gains through hard work and lessons. But if you want to work and I mean hard, this is the place to be!

Joining CrossfitOTS3 2 years ago was one of the best decisions of my life! I have found a challenging workout, an inspiring community, and most importantly, I have the most supportive friends around, both in the box, and out. Jason and Cheri are the best coaches, and work tirelessly to bring out the best in all their athletes. Everyone can succeed given the right support, programming, and scaling. Start where you are, and you never know where you might end up!

Love Coach Jason and Coach Cheri!! Wonderful people with great coaching and knowledge. Everyone at OTS3 is friendly and helpful. Great place to workout and unload everyday after work. Great box to be a part of for sure!!
