This place has great reviews, and I was really interested but their phone customer service was awful. Called to learn more about the kickboxing programs for beginners and asked for details about what you learn. The most in depth response I received from the lady I spoke to was "you punch bags". When I asked if I could speak to someone that knows more about the types of programs, she said "that's what you do in kickboxing, you punch bags, kick things". I know what kickboxing is, what I wanted to know was more in depth knowledge as the website shows two different types of kickboxing classes. She was clearly not knowledgeable and was not friendly or helpful at all whatsoever. Customer service is super important to me especially considering a beginner that is new to this style of training is seeking more information. This unfortunately deterred me and I will not be signing up here.

Great instruction by humble, knowledgeable coaches. Love this place! I have learned so much and really enjoy every lesson.

This place has become the provider of my exercise, my hobby, and my mental health all rolled into one. I have been training at Peak for a little over three months and I'm in the best shape I've been in since before my daughter was born six years ago. I've lost 15 pounds so far (down to 193 from 208) and have been eating healthier as a result (as opposed to the other way around). The team and students at Peak are all great people and it's a very positive environment. I can see myself training there for years to come. So glad I found it!

I have trained at Peak Performance since 2006, and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The owner is one of the best people I've ever known, and I'm thrilled that my teenage daughter trains with us there now too. They have something for everyone, and can meet whatever objective you have in mind. The coaching staff has wide range of practical martial arts backgrounds, and there is plenty of room to move. So, no matter if you're there for discipline, fitness, self-defense or community, I believe that you will find the experience as fulfilling as I have.
