Taking this girl out for her first “Crossfit “ experience. I yelped, FB, IG and googled stalked the Palms springs area. Picked @crossfit_palm_springs and get there to find Samantha and another member waiting 🕘 They’re so nice... they tel me the guy even lives in the same place and there’s his car 🚗They don’t know why he’s not here. This is my girls first Cf experience and the guy won’t open the door. Text his member and said he posted on their IG (which I check at 9pm that night before) and said 9am was canceled. It wasn’t updated anywhere. Not yelp or Facebook or website or Instagram until apparently after 11pm according to the time stamp. Just stating it’s really unprofessional. So we went for a hike instead. Really disappointed considering I’m also a coach and take pride in introducing new people to the sport. Hell, the owner could’ve opened up and let us do open gym if he really cared since he lives there and was inside at that moment. Instead I came from Vegas and @jacretz5 from Nor Cal to do Crossfit at this gym, and we are leaving with disappointment. Nothing bad to say just extreme disappointment. Your members are so kind and helped us try to find another box even. I hope you know how disappointed and embarrassed they were for your box also. They seemed to love you place but felt our same disappointment.

This was exactly what I was looking for, great programming, friendly members and a knowledgeable coach. Plus the fantastic view makes those 400m runs worth repeating. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Dropped in from out of town. Matt was super welcoming as were the members. Great WOD, super cute gym dog, and an awesome sunrise view!

Best workout ever! Matt is excellent as a trainer and owner of the gym. The people really make this gym, I've made many new friends. Total 5 stars.
