Overall score is 2 stars. I base this on the customer service. It starts from the top down. The staff is poorly trained and lacks the necessary skills for dealing with any situation post enrollment. When you're in the red chair signing up is where they shine. Don't expect real answers or results when it comes to broken machines or gym hazards/poor conditions. Smoke and mirrors approach. My review is based off of my long relationship with this facility and the 3 different owners. I have been a member of this gym since it was Family Sport & Fitness (1998). The original owner Jay had peak professionalism and was the best owner. The professionalism has suffered greatly since, and currently is at an all time low. Member mindset = - Enjoy the low monthly rate - Don't ask questions - Fly below the radar - Stay alert for faulty equipment/conditions

Love the place and the ppl who go there as well as work there. Its a little old needs an update in the locker rooms but over a clean place.

Nice and huge gym. Only complaint is sometimes is too crowdef you have either share or wait till a machine is free. But thats not too often.

I love the ability that they're open 24/7 but a lot of their machines are always down.

I've been going here for about a year and I have to say the staff is one of the reasons I stay! They are very nice and always there for any questions or advice! The gym is always clean and now they've gone and added a movie theater! I've never enjoyed working out on a treadmill so much! I also enjoy the pools and spa 5 days a week and they are always clean! The showers and bathrooms are also very clean also! I recommend this gym to anyone who ask, even if I relocate I will always use this gym!
