A year and a half ago I came into the Crossfit gym scared and intimidated by Crossfit. I thought I would never fit in because I wasn’t in good enough shape. But I was wrong. The box was warm, welcoming and most importantly they made me feel apart of the community. I love the coaches that we have! They are patient  and take the time to make sure that you are doing the movements correctly. I have gained confidence as an athlete at Phos West that I would most likely never have gotten with another gym. Not only do I love it, but my kids love it too!  They have gotten a chance to do Crossfit Kids and have loved every minute of it!

I started on September 1st during the free month, and had no intentions of going after that month.  However, when the end of the month came, I could not imagine not going every morning.  The coaches are amazing, helpful, and really bring actions down to wherever you are at.  They also encourage, without overdoing it.  The other members make a community, and a supportive one at that! I love this gym!

Love this place! Crossfit Phos West has become my home away from home & second family. I’ve tried so many gyms and different types of workouts in the past but, until I found crossfit 7 months ago, nothing has made me want to become better each day. This place took me from not wanting to workout but forcing myself to go, to being excited to get to the gym each day and doing more outside of the gym to make me better in it. I’ve been more motivated in the last 7 months to align my lifestyle to my health goals. The coaches here are amazing and so smart... for the first time I feel taken care of when it come to my performance. I am being corrected and taught to scale movements appropriately so that I don’t hurt myself and can therefore perform better for longer and eventually become stronger.  I love the community of this place and have developed so many friendships, which motivates me to not only get to the gym but perform better while I’m there. I’m so glad I got over the intimidation of trying crossfit and walked into this place!

I started crossfit June of 2016 so almost 2 years now.  Crossfit Phos West has been instrumental in getting me to a level of fitness I have never  reached before . I have had personal trainers and took group fitness classes along with lifting on my own in the past but nothing compared to the workout I get at Crossfit Phos West. The program is coach led and the community of people you meet becomes like family . There is nothing more exciting than getting that first pull up or box jump that you told yourself would never happen ... the coaches help you with nutrition and setting fitness goals ! I will be 41years old this year and thanks to these great coaches and the specific programming I am injury free and in the best shape of my life ! I encourage you to come and see for your self what it's all about!!

I started CrossFit a little over a year ago and this has been the only exercise I have stuck with! CrossFit isn't about what you can't do; it's all about what you CAN do! You may not be able to lift as heavy as some other members of move as quickly. But, these amazing coaches will help you scale any workout so that it still challenges you at your level. 

Everyone is so supportive and ready to welcome you to this amazing gym. You don't just exercise - you learn how to live healthier in every aspect all while making some amazing friends that just want to see you do well. 

Come and take a chance! I'm sure glad I did.
