By far the best crossfit gym I have ever been to. I have been fortunate to work out at Crossfit South Bend for the past four years and I couldn’t be happier. There is no better group of people out there and the atmosphere is second to none. You will not find a better crossfit gym!

Great box, highly recommended. I have been Crossfitting for 3+ years and been to 10+ boxes and this is one of my favorite. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and really focus on making sure their athletes are capable of performing certain movements and thus stay healthy. Additionally, for more advanced athletes they can offer very specific movement breakdowns and advice to improve athlete performance.

Really close knit crossfit community. They also offer nutrition classes and life coaching services.
