This new space is going to be filled with some amazing classes. Our Instructors have been educated thoroughly and are extremely passionate about what they teach. Each class is unique to the instructor and the choreography being offered. There is a delicious menu of mind-body classes to choose from at FORM.

Had a great Heated Vinyasa Yoga class with Stacy.  I feel so clear mentally and physically after their yoga classes.  The Gym is top notch for all age groups.  They have special programs for school children, day care, and even a Seniors community called "Silver Sneakers".  You have to stop by and at least take a tour!  Highly recommended.

ICE Gym is a wonderful athletic center!  They've got great classes, good equipment, and awesome instructors.  They have a wide range of classes that include yoga, pilates reformer, body pump, spinning, and zumba... just to name a few.  I never get bored with the classes and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.  I've taken personal training sessions and had great results.  I would highly recommend ICE to anyone who is enjoys working out in a clean and motivational environmment.
