Great place to join.  So many things to offer even free daycare while you're there for those that need it.  The staff is friendly. This gym is well established in the area and in a great location.

LOVE the staff. It's like a big family. Daycare is great. Updates have been made and rates are great. The trainers are friendly and helpful.

I liked that I am always greeted by name when I come into the building. Becka is my trainer and she has always been a sweetheart. When she is done with me my body is always on point.  The atmosphere is good. I always feel comfortable and at ease whenever I am working out. Luv the place!!!!.

most affordable gym in the area. great staff and awesome equipment.  good gym for all people

Horrible service rude prejudice people had a guy arrested for nothing. Workers argue alot bad atmosphere. Trainers out of shape. Better off buying your own weights. My friends 6 month old son was kicked in face at daycare. By owners kids.
