Love this gym! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and makes you feel at home from day one. I have tried many different fitness programs and found it hard to stick to any of them. The atmosphere here makes you want to keep coming back!

Amazing facility, great coaching, and welcoming community. I was able to drop-in while traveling and it's hard to find a place that makes you feel at home while on the road. Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work!

This gym is everything I want out of my workout routine.  The workouts are challenging but accessible and the coaches explain in detail how to scale movements to make them effective for ANY level.  That said, if you are already really fit they encourage you to push yourself.  They focus 100% on safety and form before bumping weight, so when you make gains they are HUGE at first.  The coaches are all fabulous, not a single person I'm not happy to see teach my class.  My schedule is a little wild, so I also love the range of classes time-wise.  I don't consider myself a gym rat at all, but I look forward to coming every day and feel SO good about my body.

I love everything about this place! The owner knows his stuff and the team he has created there is so awesome! I am glad I get to train here when I am in town. No place I would rather be.

I get to check out a lot of CrossFit gyms and meet the box owners, and CrossFit Tigard -PAW has got it all -- top notch coaching, nutrition expertise, great facility & equipment, and a great environment. PJ and his team are the best around.
