iLKB is the place for me! I have long struggled with regular gyms, walking in overwhelmed with all the machine, where to start, what to do! I found I need structure and I found that in iLKB. The staff is wonderfully supportive before, during and after classes. Can’t do a move, they will help you modify it. Never will you feel like the odd man out in your athletic ability. For that hour of class you will work, you will sweat, you will push yourself to new limits you didn’t even know you were capable of, all while having fun and maybe taking out a little aggression on the bags. When that hour is up you will walk away from class feeling like you accomplished something, and planning your next return to do it all over again. Love iLKB!

I've always struggled with sticking to a workout routine and/or finding someone or something to hold me accountable. I signed up for I Love Kickboxing through a friend and loved it from the very first class. It's an intense, fun workout that WORKS. It is completely worth the value in terms of price and time commitment. After a month or so of classes I already feel stronger and more confident. The instructors are kind and supportive, and they reach out to you personally if you haven't been in in a while. It doesn't just feel like an occasional workout class. It truly feels like a community.

This place is amazing! The staff is inspiring and helpful. The members are fun and hard working. I love that I can go and kick and punch a bag to get my aggression out!

It's a fun and motivating place to workout no matter your fitness level. The instructors are friendly, helpful and involved with the success of every member. It's a great place of you're looking for something outside the basic gym.

I love taking classes here! It's an absolute must for anyone who wants to try out kickboxing or just to get a fantastic workout. The instructors are great and it's so much fun working out with a group of motivated people. I've been a member for 6 months now and I'm so grateful that I found this studio!
