I'm always a bit nervous of places with a captive audience. The Crowbar is the last place to eat for some 80 miles across Death Valley, so it doesn't need to be good to get custom - yet it is! I kept it simple, just a cheeseburger and fries, but it was well executed, tasty, and served with a smile. Simple, classic diner food.

This is a small town place, so it get's some free points. The staff was cool, one waitress was really nice and helpful. Our bike club showed up and brought a little over 30 people, of which I think around 10-15 ordered something. Food took almost an hour to come out, but it was very good. Overall it's one of those small town places that's good to visit in smaller groups and to take it slow. I think for my experience, we just had way too many people flooding in.

This was a nice old town cafe. Had good food and was very cozy. Restrooms out in another building but was clean.

Lovely staff, Great food, unique atmosphere. Shoshone is a small place on the outskirts of death valley. Stop by and visit it. It's totally worth it!
