I hate reading the other reviews here, because thankfully i have never had an issue at this crown cleaners. My dad and i have always brought our clothes here and never had a problem, and the one time i did choose another dry cleaners just because it was closer to home, it was a big mistake. I cant speak for others but so far i have had no issues and ive them 5 stars.

They lost a $75 dollar sweater and won't admit fault.. They followed up with me once to essentially say that I'm "screwed". I am one million percent sure they lost my sweater. Save your time and your money.

The worst dry cleaner, very rude staff no customer service skills. They did not care about resolving the issue after they damage your items they try to blame the customer.

Terrible customer service and they lose clothes. When you let them know they lost something they begin to argue with you. Go somewhere else.
