Let me be very clear. Maggie and her seamstress Germanía have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to tailoring. Their knowledge of fabrics are rookie at best and Maggie’s level of disrespect was appalling after I️ confronted her about the glaring mistakes. Instead of making temporary stitches to my work uniform to leave room for corrections, Germanía, the seamstress, made permanent cuts and didn’t anticipate the behavior of the fabric. Maggie kept saying that the shirt was 100% cotton. It’s a synthetic blend. She never looked at the tag. When I was expressing my frustrations to her she kept responding with these dismissive, “mhmm”s and I immediately let her know how disrespectful she was. Outrageous experience.

I have visited there for dry clean several times. For the last time, I sent my suit to them for a dry clean, and it came out fairly well. Most of the stains had been removed except one spot which I forgot to point out. In addition, they still apply discount if paid full in advance.

Very conveniently located, they do a great job, and life service. I only wish that they were open until later because they' close earlier than I'd like

Town & Country Cleaners  is a very good cleaner. Best ever on dress and shirts. I`ve been a regular customer for the past five years and will continue using their services.
