First time visiting.  Very nice environment.  Spacious.  Available machines.  Washed, dried and folded 20 comforters in under two hours.  Nice!

I go wash clothes there atleast every 10 days, there's this one young girl there her name is Karla, she has the worst attitude ever and she's always sitting behind the counter on her phone. 

I just left this place, I washed two loads of clothes and while drying I ran out of quarters, I only needed two more quarters so I asked her to change a $5 bill for me into singles so that I wouldn't have all these quarters... without even looking she claims there's no singles in the register. I asked if she could get it from anywhere else and again she said no, there's no singles. 

This girl is rude and lazy!!! This would be the third time I go in here and have an issue with her. Last time I was there the machine ate my quarters and when I asked her for help she looked up at me, turned to the older lady and asked her to go help me. Apparently I'm not the only one who notices the laziness cause a lady listening into what happened told me that she just sits there and trys to look pretty all day, unless it's a guy asking her for something she doesn't get up. Like I said, she's rude, lazy, her attitude is horrible and her customer service is even worse!  I'm not going back to this laundry again. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Best in Hialeah. However, it would have been nice to have at least a generic water fountain and better maintenance on their restrooms. Both Men and Women restrooms are often out of service. Everything else is a 10!

I have been using this laundromat for about 15 years or more and have seen ownership change hands many times. Each time that happens  the machines go up a quarter  and the water pressure goes down as well as the heat/time in the dryers . I  feel that this last one  really  overdid it  with  the remodeling  and furniture etc.  This location is nice and big and is always very clean. The restrooms are a bit of an issue because they are often out of service and sometimes not as clean as the rest of the place. The few times that I have had issues with their washers or dryers I received prompt and courteous customer service although communication is a challenge because no one there speaks English at all. I refuse to use any of their games or vending machines anymore because if those take your money you are out of luck and are told to call the 800 number on the machine so I would not recommend losing your money too them. They have set up some what of a kiddie area with small chairs and a nice large TV but the only thing I have ever seen on it is news channels (???) It would be nice if they offered something for kids so their parents can get laundry done and the kids are not so bored that all they have to do is run around like maniacs. So maybe it is not perfect but overall I do recommend it, it is a great place to do laundry.
