The Customer Service Rep. Judy Murphy was EXCELLENT!  She listened to our specific needs and was willing to do everything she could to help us.  I was so impressed by their willingness to go above & beyond to make the trophy just what we needed in such a short time frame!  

I would highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and professional quality of trophies!  It was truly OUTSTANDING!

Very helpful and friendly staff.  I purchased trophies and medals for both a Pinewood Derby and a Powder Puff derby.  The staff walked me through the entire process, and worked with me on getting the most for my budget.  Overall, a great experience.  I plan on using Crown Trophy in the future.

We host an annual company event for roughly 200 employees. Last year I reached out to several companies in regards to making some sort of belt buckle awards for our "Wild West Showdown". I was ingorned or turned away by most of them. Wendy and Ben @ Crown were so eager and willing to help. They went totally outside of their norm and created us the perfect award. They worked with another company on the pieces they didn't have. Everything was done correctly and with time to spare. We even realized our company had made some typos and they made last minute changes for us with no hesitation. 

We are incredibly happy with Crown Trophy and have already reached out to them to start working on our fall 2013 Event.

I've been using Crown Trophy in Ballwin for years and they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my orders.  The prices are extremely reasonable, they have great customer service, and I always receive top quality awards.  I'm not always the most timely with getting in my orders, but they are always willing to do a rush order for me (and they have saved my tush many times!)

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the St. Louis area in need of awards!
